I am super excited to be participating in my very first Bout of Books Read-a-thon! I have a gigantic to-read this made up of books I can't wait to get to. Hopefully, this will be a good opportunity to make a small dent in that list.
The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 19th and runs through Sunday, August 25th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. I thought for sure I had left a comment on your blog the other day!? I selected quite a few blogs to follow throughout the Bout, because I will not be participating in the Twitter chats! I thought it would be nice to drop in/out and encourage everyone along!! I do look forward to the challenges, though! :) This is my first Bout as well! Good luck!!
